Health and Safety form: Public Library

Location and planned day of shoot	Ruislip Manor library on 10th December.
What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?	I will need the camera and the tripod. Myself and two friends will be present. A computer is also required.
What are the potential hazards associated with the location?	There are hazards such as people not being happy we are filming, computer not working.
Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?	No water at location.
What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?	They may feel uncomfortable with me filming in a public place, they may also feel like they are caught in the filming. I would deal with it by explaining to them what I was doing and by moving if they are unhappy.
How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?	Will be stored in my bag.
How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?	Will be stored in my house.
