Health and Safety form: My house

Location and planned day of shoot	My house, filming throughout December and January.
What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?	I will need camera and tripod. My brother will be present to help with filming, actors and actresses and the only props required are the messy bedroom and the door to check the locks on.
What are the potential hazards associated with the location?	No potential hazards.
Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?	No water at location.
What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?	Will not be near the general public.
How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?	Stored safely in my house.
How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?	Stored safely in my house.
