Health and safety form: Doctors Office

Location and planned day of shoot	The head of sociology at Bishop Ramsey School office on the 29th November.
What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?	I will need the camera, tripod and script. Will be me and Helen Dimmock (Doctor present). No props required.
What are the potential hazards associated with the location?	Seeing private documents that the teacher has kept in places and children running through the corridor possibly falling on the door causing it to open.
Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?	No water at the location.
What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?	Only risk with other people is the school students who attend the school but there is no reason for them to be coming into the office.
How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?	In a secure office.
How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?	In my house.
