Health and Safety form: Outside school

Location and planned day of shoot	Outside Ruislip High School on 4th March.
What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?	I will only need the camera. I will be present, Sade, Ciara, River and the teacher to support me with filming. No props required.
What are the potential hazards associated with the location?	There may be cars, deliveries, lorries etc driving around the car park. May also be students walking around coming in and out of the school building.
Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?	No water at location.
What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?	There should not be any general public outside the school as we are still within the school gates. However any parents that may see might be worried there child is being filmed. I will reassure them that they are not and it is only my actors being filmed. If they continue to have a problem I will move somewhere else.
How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?	The equipment will be stored in the school.
How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?	The equipment will be stored at school overnight and after the shoot.
