What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?	I will need the camera and the tripod. Myself and two friends will be present. A computer is also required.
What are the potential hazards associated with the location?	There are hazards such as people not being happy we are filming, computer not working.
Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?	No water at location.
What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?	They may feel uncomfortable with me filming in a public place, they may also feel like they are caught in the filming. I would deal with it by explaining to them what I was doing and by moving if they are unhappy.
How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?	Will be stored in my bag.
How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?	Will be stored in my house.

What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?	Will need the camera and the tripod. Present will be me and two friends who are accompanying me. No props required.
What are the potential hazards associated with the location?	It is a very busy area filled with cars, buses, bikes, people, lorries and deliveries happening at all times of the day so need to be careful about road safety as well as not getting in peoples way.
Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?	No water at location.
What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?	We may get in their way, they may be unhappy about me filming, they may worry they will be caught in the filming or may just wonder why we are filming. I would deal with this by making sure if they ask me to move on I do, reassure them that they are not being filmed but still delete the footage if they are very unhappy and explain to them it is for my media and a non profit making project if they ask.
How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?	Will be stored in a bag.
How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?	In my house.

What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?	I will only need the camera. I will be present, Sade, Ciara, River and the teacher to support me with filming. No props required.
What are the potential hazards associated with the location?	There may be cars, deliveries, lorries etc driving around the car park. May also be students walking around coming in and out of the school building.
Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?	No water at location.
What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?	There should not be any general public outside the school as we are still within the school gates. However any parents that may see might be worried there child is being filmed. I will reassure them that they are not and it is only my actors being filmed. If they continue to have a problem I will move somewhere else.
How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?	The equipment will be stored in the school.
How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?	The equipment will be stored at school overnight and after the shoot.
